What can we do for you?

At PDRC we offer a comprehensive selection of dispute resolution procedures that lie outside of the court process. We will discuss with each client the best method of dispute resolution for them and match them up with one of the many professional dispute resolvers that we have both in-house and on our register at PDRC.

We offer Mediation, Arbitration, Expert appraisal, and a blend or mix of these three methods.

Our approach to dispute resolution

At PDRC our main aim, like yours, is to assist you in the resolution of disputes and for you to reach an agreement or outcome as a result of our intervention. We aim to do this in a professional, timely and cost effective manner.

We consider it is important to take steps that will reduce the amount of conflict between parties rather than exacerbate it. We aim

to prevent the escalation of disputes
to assist people in resolving their problems through cooperation, negotiation and mediation;
to avoid the use of courts and their rigid processes.
